Nalinda's Homestay

Nalinda is very friendly and he has arranged things we wanted, overall good stay and good food, you start peoke trail stage 3 or 2 in reverse from this location. I recommend buying some handmade tea from him which he is selling and it was good.

Nalinda and his family were very welcoming of us and cared for us after being bitten significantly by leaches on the Pekoe Trail. We were also very wet from heavy rain and the family made us hot drinks to warm us up. We had a delicious Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast made by this lovely family. I highly recommend this home stay and are very grateful for their advice and care during our stay. Thank you Nalinda and family.

Nothing comes to mind

We had such a wonderful stay at Nalinda’s! Greeted by a drink and snack on arrival which was welcomed after a long day of walking the pekoe trail. Nalinda cooked a delicious dinner and helped us arrange transfer of our bags to talawantanne so that we could walk stage 3 of the pekoe train the next day. Really recommend this stay, Nalinda is so kind.
