The apartment was pleasantly spacious, well equipped and quiet with insect net on the windows. The air condition has an eco/quiet mode which is a big plus(!) as the apartment gets rather warm (I was there in July) and you need the air condition also in the night. The street next to the house and is actually very quiet, however you can not sleep with an open window. Easy to be reached by a public transportation to the center but you can also walk.
The bathroom gets very hot as there is a roof-window. I always kept the door closed in order not to additionally heat the apartment.

Chambre tout confort et au calme au dessus des oliviers à 5 minutes en voiture de Sienne (25 minutes à pied). Idéal pour rayonner dans 'a région et visiter la myriade de villages toscans tous plus beaux les uns que les autres... Nous sommes restés 5 jours et ce fut parfait.

Le calme et la proximité de Sienne accessible en bus facilement. Beau logement, spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et très lumineux.
On aurait apprécié des volets. La douche non étanche qui donne lieu à des fuites d'eau et des moisissures. L'entretien et l'aménagement des espaces extérieurs inexistants ce qui dessert vraiment l'hébergement. C'est dommage car l'environnement est agréable mais difficile d'en profiter.

Ruhige Lage ausserhalb der Stadtmauern.
Die Unterkunft hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Ventilatoren konnten die unerträgliche Hitze leider weder tagsüber noch nachts mildern. Nach zwei schlaflosen Nächsten haben wir die Unterkunft unfreiwillig verlassen.
