The property was so clean and lovely decorated! It was also a good location. We had an issue with getting the heating on the first night but when I raised the concern someone came to fix it pretty quickly and the guy who came out to fix it was so friendly!

La posizione è perfetta, vicina ad Hyde Park e a Paddington, l'appartamento è bello in particolare i bagni. Sono presenti 2 Smart TV, l'ascensore e tanto spazio. Luci giuste anche per leggere la sera.
Dato il prezzo della struttura ci si aspetta che tutto funzioni. Invece la lavastoviglie non utilizzabile (porta rotta), uno dei 2 asciugacapelli rotto, la maniglia di una stanza che si staccava, mancanza di alcune cose per sfruttare al meglio la cucina (es. tovaglia, tagliere, bicchieri uguali...). L'assistenza ha risposto alle mail e alle chiamate ma non ha fatto nulla se non ringraziare per sistemare le cose per i prossimi clienti ;-)

Just the location—it's close to Hyde Park. The neighborhood is quiet.
The check-in process was extremely slow and delayed. The kettle was not clean, the dishwasher was not functioning properly, and its door was difficult to close. The bathroom floors lacked drains, and no bathroom slippers were provided. Only one fan was working (there was no air conditioning), and when we requested replacements, we were told none were available. The price was excessive considering the services provided.
