The initial code didn’t work and I had to walk twice to the store to pick up apartment keys . The store owner was rude and very unhelpful. Hot water is very difficult to adjust.

Heel centraal gelegen, dichtbij metro station. Mooi appartement, van alles voorzien.
De boiler deed het niet waardoor geen warm water. Is wel via app gemeld en op gereageerd maar er kwam niemand.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar zentral gelegen und in der Nähe aller Verkehrsmittel und des Hydeparks. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos und war sehr gut organisiert. Die Anweisungen hierfür bekamen wir per E-Mail. (Abholung war in einem Geschäft in der Nähe.) Auch der Kundenservice war schnell und hilfreich, als wir zunächst Probleme mit dem Induktionsherd hatten. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, selbst Tee, Kaffee und Zucker waren vorhanden.
1) Nicht alle Töpfe und Pfannen waren für den Induktionsherd geeignet. Die ungeeigneten sollten aussortiert werden. 2) In der Dusche wurde das warme Wasser nach ungefähr einer Minute wieder kalt, bevor es dann wieder nach einer Minute warm wurde. Intervallduschen halt.

We chose this property for location and amenities. We weren’t disappointed. The flat was comfortable and once we sorted out the shower and the washing machine- it was perfect
The hot water in the shower was abit fickle, that’s about all.
