2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, closets and comfortable beds and pillows. Living room with comfortable sitting and dining areas. Kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed and all appliances are functional. The ocean view is a bonus.
The complex is modern and secure boasting good facilities, a large pool and a nice gym room.
This was the most expensive but also the most comfortable and beautiful accommodation we had during our 2-month trip in Sri Lanka. Definitely worth staying here.

Vriendelijke eigenaar, we mochten al heel vroeg inchecken zonder extra kosten! Hij stond ons online snel te woord, alles was duidelijk. Appartement mooi en modern ingericht, comfortabele bedden, goede badkamer, het is een ruim appartement. Mooi zwembad op het dak. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon.
In de directe omgeving is niet zo veel te doen, voor alles heb je een tuktuk nodig. Die is dan wel heel makkelijk te regelen!
Het strand is mooi voor een wandeling, maar je kunt de zee niet in en er lopen een paar vervelende honden rond die je niet met rust laten.
De slaapkamer aan de voorzijde had geen gordijnen, het geblindeerde raam laat veel licht door waardoor het sochtends al voor 6 uur heel erg licht is in de slaapkamer. De andere slaapkamer heeft wel goede gordijnen.

One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, and exactly as pictured. Amazing sunset sea views from the balcony. Beds very comfy, Kitchen well equipped, really good air con, strong WiFi, and Netflix!! The host was very good, and pays attention to even small details, like bottles of water on arrival, a printed booklet with helpful info etc. We asked for a duvet (as we prefer it to a sheet) which he brought the next day. The rooftop pool is lovely, clean and well maintained.
It's a quiet area and there are a couple of small shops nearby, so we mainly used the PickMe app for grocery deliveries, which worked well. We would absolutely stay here again.
The beach is lovely. You can't swim in the sea because of the concrete breakers, but there are rock pools along the beach you can cool off in.
A great apartment, 10/10.
