Prime Wave Residence

The location for us was perfect as we had events very close by so could walk there. Great views from the apartment and rooftop pool. The ac and WiFi worked well and beds were comfy. The apartment was light, airy and spacious. The pool was super.

Some of the apartment looked like it needed a bit of tlc. Bits broken, a bit dirty, the bedding wasn't super clean. The check in process wasn't super smooth. We had no details of the apartment so when we arrived the security guard wouldn't let us in which involved us calling the owner. This could be easily remedied. The "gym" is very very basic. I used it a couple of times and although was able to do something a lot of the equipment was rusty so just don't have high expectations. All in all this place worked for what we needed but just needs a lick of paint and some tlc. It just felt a bit neglected or run down.

furniture was broken and aged. there was no garbage bags, the trash cans stank. there were notices everywhere around the house to keep things clean but how do you keep things clean without garbage bags? floors were dusty, couldn’t walk barefoot and no slippers provided on arrival there was no drinking water provided. they knew i’m arriving late but didn’t inform me about the check in process. i had to find the security guard for keys. next day owner just shows up at the door expecting payment without informing me on check in process. thankfully i was able to transfer him the amount(i was hoping to use the ATM and give him cash later). after taking payment he disappeared. i had to ask for wifi password. check out was also slow and annoying. had a train to catch and he was sending ‘someone’ to check us out and give us bacj our deposit. overall bad experience with communication. view and rooftop are beautiful but not worth the price at all. kitchen has very old utensils etc that i wouldn’t touch even after washing them. in reality doesn’t look at all like the photos.
