Fort Knox

Absolute disaster. Had to walk half a mile to find a key hidden in a bush at a very dangerous junction. We were given carpark -3 no. 77. Got lift from the car park to level 1. Went to get a lift back down to car and the lift has no - 3 only 012345. Could not get the owner on the phone took two hours of asking people how to get to -3 to find my car and was told to go to floor 2.... the parking for car park minus 3 entrance is on floor 2 but called carpark-3 who could have guessed that.? 😱 there are no exits no windows. Only way out is through the car park if you can find it. . Tried to get a taxi no joy, had to take the car out again, by the time the whole ordeal was over we were too late to get food our even visit monte carlo.Our whole day was ruined and no information in the apartment advising anything except remove your rubbish when you leave and return the keys to the lock box. ( half a mile up the road at a dangerous junction) the apartment has fabulous views but that's it. Very dissapointing ruined my visit today. No reply from owner texted and phoned for 3 hours as we were basically trapped. Only by luck we met a lady who helped us. Asked for direction for the rooftop pool no reply . No access to it. Left 2 hours before checkout due to claustraphia. Worst service in any country I have ever seen. The security guard tried his best to help us.

The appartment it’s really nice, all new, in a peacefull area and the views are amazing

The building has a lot of appartments and lifts and it’s so difficult to get to the appartment, the instructions are not enough to get there by your own, in my case, a neightbour had to help me to find the appartment.

WORST EVER

Only The rooftop swimming pool

The owner is not clear to talk on. No clear instruction for check in/out. She send 6/7 pics on how to find keys. Insane! I called many times to send the exact place but she’s doesn’t know how to do it. She didn’t check our documents to registered!!! I asked many times the invoice but till know no response.. worst ever experience. Booking don’t ignore this!!

Mala experiencia. Sin calefacción en pleno invierno

La ubicación

No bien llegué la calefacción no funcionaba. Me comuniqué con la persona encargada del « studio »( no es un studio, es una simple habitación), a las 17.30h… me dijo que le iba a decir al dueño… 1 am y nunca más me contestó ni nada! Y el servicio de atención al cliente de booking tampoco me dieron una solución! Pésimo pésimo servicio! Tuve que dormir en otro hotel con un amigo para pasar la noche con calefacción. Recién al otro día me contactó esta LYN y me cambiaron de habitacion. No me quieren reembolsar ni nada por el pésimo primer día.

l appartement est situé sur les hauteurs et de ce fait il bénéficie d une vue magnifique si vous avez la chance de trouver la piscine de la résidence vous dominerez toute la baie de Monaco . hôte disponible pour des renseignements

le coté directif de l hôte, les indications qui ne sont pas assez explicites : accès à la boite à clef , situation de la résidence, accès à la piscine il faut avoir beaucoup d intuition. prise de notre véhicule à chaque déplacement

L’appartement ete parfait

Tout été parfait dans l’appartement mais l’aventure de trouver les clés, trouver l’endroit , trouver le parking, trouver la porte trouver la piscine , c’est un vrai labyrinthe

Propriétaire plus que minable

Attention très grosse arnaque après le paiement jamais réussi à avoir la personne en message pour les consignes pour rentrer dans l’appartement Arriver devant le logement aucune boîte à clef Contacter la propriétaire qui me dit les clefs sont à 15 mn du logement Ne me voyant pas continuer ce manège de la chasse aux clefs Elle m’a proposé de me rembourser depuis silence radio J’ai ouvert un litige avec booking Ne vous faites pas avoir
