Cheap, near universities

All the beds were worn out, to the point we can’t sleep, because we are able to feel the spring touching the body. I have contacted the management requesting to move to another unit, but no response (we stayed for 3 nights). The main door was not locked properly (there was a tape in the lock). In the first night there, I found the door was opened in the morning (so scary) so you need to lock twice to close it properly. The cups, glass and utensils were dirty, it looks like the management didn’t check it after the previous guest left. The shower in the one bathroom was broken, and no hot water. The elevator was not suitable for human, the floor so dirty, the wall so dirty, and no AC which is dangerous if someone stucked there. The corridor was dirty, dark and hot.
