Les Residences Saint Laurent- Parc Mont Royal

The location and size were exceptional. Walking distance to a lot of amenities. We were very comfortable with the space for our family. They were able to accommodate an early check in for us easily. The kitchen was fairly well equipped as well.

We had a terrible last night with a party of over 20 people being held in the unit below us. Despite many requests directly to keep the noise down, we were kept up until 3 am. We did notify the property manager twice and then it was dealt with. There were some areas of the unit that were not maintained, outdoor patio was not clean and usable unfortunately. I would suggest adding more comfortable seating in the living room. The couch was very uncomfortable. We did not have enough seating in the living room for my family to sit together which was unfortunate.

Well located in a bustling area with restaurants, cafe's

Some full strength coffee would have been nice.

The location is very good — on a main street, with lots of restaurants. The apartment itself is well furnished. There is a full-size washer/dryer—a game-changer for families. Beds are large, comfortable, and it's overall quiet. Very good for a family of 4.

I wish I had talked to the host, maybe just a hi or a check-in from them.
