Archway Cottage

Comfortable, good facilities, cosy, quiet. I saw doves, bats and a deer from the window! Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cups, plates, cook wear, even olive oil, salt and pepper.

The sofa - when partner was eating off the coffee table I couldn’t see the TV. A bigger bean bag would work well and slightly larger coffee table. The welcome book needs updating, stated no pets and milk in fridge which isn’t a true reflection. I didn’t except milk fyi

Home from home, quiet everything we needed lots of information. Excellent location to explore and lots of good cafes, shops.

Stunning location - very peaceful and relaxing but very easy to use as a base to explore West Norfolk. The cottage itself was cosy with quality products (for example, Smeg fridge freezer and Orla Kiely mugs). It had everything you would need for a mini-break.

our daughter had booked this accommodation in order to attend a concert at sandringham. location was really good, well kept area around the property. the issue we had was resolved in a timely manner and simon was apologetic. the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

we arrived to find the cottage had not been cleaned from previous guests, a time of arrival was asked before hand and we did reply 4.00pm. it was resolved but we did have to vacate property for a couple of hours for it to be done which after a long drive we felt a bit put out we could not just put our feet up and unpack and have a drink. Maybe good for a young couple or someone with a bit more mobility but we found the stairs and the lay out of this cottage a bit of a challenge to us.
