Cattivo odore dal bagno

The accommodation was excellent, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was a Penny supermarket just 50 meters away, with very good prices. The apartment was clean, and thanks to the two air conditioners, it was easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. We were very satisfied with our stay, and the main attractions were all within walking distance.

I liked the location, which was a ways away from the heart of things, which can be considered a good thing, given that local prices for everything were much better than in the heart of Rome. Everything that I wanted to visit was a 15-20 minute bus ride away, including the Termini, so it saves you the cost of Uber to and from the airport. I'm a bacon and eggs breakfast sort of guy, so having a kitchen was great. I had to buy everything, including dish soap, except for the coffee, for the coffee machine that was amazing!!! The coffee was truely fantastic!

My 2 big complaints would be that the apartment had not been properly cleaned before I got there. Lot's of minor oversites when they cleaned A big poop stain in the toilet, which I had to clean, as well as the whole inside of the toilet bowl, which had a beige texture to it until I cleaned it. I had one showering towel to use for 9 days, but by day 5, I started using some small towels that were left as hand and kitchen towels, which was fine. The biggest problem for me was the strong sewer smell that would start in the bathroom and spread. Given that it was quite cool during my stay, opening the windows wasn't an option. On occasion, it was quite unpleasant. Aside from the 2 bathroom issues described above and the relatively poor housecleaning, which I was assured would be corrected, which didn't help me at all, it was a good place. One downside was that my apartment looked off into a ratty courtyard, and there was no balcony. If that's important to you, it's a good to know.

Functional accomodation for a short stay. Quiet with both windows on courtyards. AC efficient.

First floor on internal courtyards, quite dark environment. Late checkin extra fee, on top of the Booking rate. I m still requesting a receipt for this late checkin fee and the tourist tax without success after 3 weeks of multiple attempts.
