Amazing Penthouse wlarge terrace - 1BedRoom -Goya

The apartment was very close to metro, supermarkets and restaurants which was very convenient. The wifi was great. The balcony was the highlight of the apartment as it was wide and had a good view of the plaza outside. The process of check in was smooth and reaching the host was easy via Whatsapp. The flat was clean and spacious with lots of storage space. Having the tumble dryer and heating in every room made our stay better.

The elevator looks old and questionable. One day the elevator was not working so we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. This was not a problem for us since we do a lot of walking anyway, but someone with mobility issues would find it very challenging. Also, trying to figure out how to open the door with the key was a struggle. We spent almost 10 minutes trying to open the door before figuring out that you have to pull the door while turning the key for the door to open. Could do with more laundry pods and maybe darker curtains since at night anyone can see inside through the blinds into every room except living room.

La comunicación con minty stay es fácil y fluida. El apartamento es muy cómodo, silencioso y espacioso, tiene una bella luz, buen aire acondicionado, lavadora y secadora, lo cual es muy conveniente. El portero es muy amable y siempre se mostró dispuesto a colaborar. La ubicación es casi inmejorable, cerca del metro, al lado del corte inglés y de una parada de taxi. Tengan en cuenta que el ascensor llega al 6to piso y el apartamento está en la 7ma planta.

La cama no es nada cómoda, pero Cuando cambien el colchon y las almohadas, será el mejor lugar para alojarse en Madrid.
