Great location and comfortable.

Great location right next to Aachen Hbf. Lovely apartment. Fully stocked with necessities (including a wine opener and wine glasses - which was a nice surprise :)) and with attention to detail. The balcony area is also a nice space to get some fresh air.

If I had to say something, it would be that entering the shower is a bit difficult (the door opens halfway as it is blocked by the toilet). But there is not much that can be done about it.

Overall our stay was nice but the situation with hot water was really annoying.

The location is perfect, very central and close from everything. The street is very loud and Noisy but once the windows are closed you can't hear anything.

- what was really annoying is there was no hot water in the morning!!! I came with my family and husband to attend my graduation ceremony and I booked two rooms, it was really frustrating wanting to take a shower before getting dressed to the ceremony and there was no hot water, again on the following day before the check out. - The rooms were nice and had everything we needed, but the bathroom since the building is old we found two silver fish insect and small flies which was annoying. - One last thing I booked two rooms for my husband and I and one for my parents, I paid the same price for both rooms but one of the rooms was much bigger than the other one. - I booked two rooms with the same price but one was much bigger than the other.

In front train station. the bed was comfortable

Was noise. Because below exist restaurants and dont have a perfect non noise windows. One morning we dont have warm water we couldnt take a shower. Dont have lift / elevator then is too dificult go up with the luggage. And in the floor have stave wood then is so noisy every you walk

Everything Location All the amenities (tv, cutlery, glasses, plates, coffee make, kettle, fridge and other things. It was a really cute room - the bed was fabulously comfy, it had 3 big windows you could open and sit and look out. I had a wonderful stay there

Excellent facilities, very well equipped; welcoming, comfortable and clean. Good comms to make an easy checkin/checkout. Convenient for the railway station short walk to the town centre. 2nd floor could be a challenge for the unfit and over burdened but wasn’t an issue for us.

It is a lovely place with good location.

Location was the best thing about the apartment. It was neat as well.

The initial room I was giving was too small. It was later changed and to a more comfortable one. The room also was never cleaned all through my stay which was one thing I did not like as I had to occasionally sweep and clean the room.

Mooi en net appartement.

Alles was goed geregeld en er was over veel nagedacht. Fijne voorzieningen zoals thee, koffie, broodrooster. Aan servies is gedacht en je kunt alles op de tv kijken. Ook ligt het op loopafstand van het centrum, maar je kunt ook makkelijk met het OV. De informatievoorziening van de eigenaar was ook goed.

De badkamer in onze kamer was wel aan vervanging toe.

Schönes Apartment mit perfekter Lage direkt am Bahnhof.

Das Apartement liegt in einem normalen Wohnhaus, direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, insofern perfekte Lage, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem, die Ausstattung insgesamt gut. Der Balkon geht nach hinten raus, kein schöner Ausblick, aber ruhig war es. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, großer Kühlschrank, nur eine Herdplatte, aber vernünftige Töpfe und Pfanne, auch Besteck und ähnliches in guter Qualität und ausreichender Menge. Dazu auch Tee und Kaffee für den gesamten Zeitraum. Für ein paar Tage kann man sich alleine gut versorgen. Das WLAN war stabil, nur meine Erwartung Netflix zu haben wurde enttäuscht, da hatte ich falsch gelesen, der TV ist in der Lage das eigene Netflix zugänglich zu machen (welcher Fernseher ist das heutzutage nicht?), aber der Netflixzugang ist nicht im Übernachtungspreis beinhaltet, wie ich es von vielen anderen Wohnung und Hotels kenne. Bei Probleme mit dem Zugang und dem warmen Wasser wurde schnell kommuniziert und im Rahmen des Möglichen für Abhilfe gesorgt. Das mal was kaputt geht, kann passieren, aber es wurde rasch reagiert und repariert.

Das Treppenhaus ist ein bisschen müffelig und man hört die normalen Geräusche eines Mehrfamilienhauses.

Lekker genoten van ons verblijf

Locatie is uitstekend aan station. Centrum te voet of met bus gemakkelijk te bereiken. In station is voldoende voeding te verkrijgen. Prachtige shoppingmogelijkheden in centrum. Prachtige dom.

1e avond probleem met TV. Bericht gestuurd naar ghost maar geen respons ontvangen. Iets fout gelopen?? Probleem 's anderdaags ochtends doorgegeven aan onderhoudsmedewerker. Bij ons terugkomst 's avonds probleem opgelost.

Angenehmer, unkompolizierter Aufenthalt, toller Standort & Gemütlichkeit. Gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist extrem gut, in minimalem Laufabstand gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs. Außergewöhnlich fand ich die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, es ist an alles gedacht: Teller (groß und klein), Besteck, Becher, alle Arten von Gläsern , sogar ein Schneidebrett und Gemüsemesser sind da. Zusammen mit dem kleinen Tisch und den Stühlen kann man hier also ideal frühstücken oder sich mit kleinen Snacks selber versorgen. - Konfortabel sind auch der Wasserkocher und die Caffemaschine für den ersten Tee oder Espresso am Morgen. Durch die warmen Farben (orange) und die moderne und zugleich schlichte Ausstattung habe ich mich im "Klassen stay" gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Fenster halten die Geräusche gut ab. Eine kleine Oase inmitten der lauten City.

Ein kleines Schild mit den wichtigsten Hinweisen, z.B. zum WLan Zugang/ Müllentsorgung , hätte ich mir ausgedruckt im Zimmer gewünscht. Es war zwar alles über die App abrufbar, aber ich hatte anfangs kein W-Lan für meinen Laptop und bin nicht gern andauernd über mein Handy in Apps unterwegs. – Ansprechend fand ich wiederum, direkt mit einer Mitarbeiterin über Whatsapp in Kontakt treten zu können.

Insgesamt gesehen mein größter Reinfall bei einer Hotelbuchung seit 30 Jahren.

Ich wollte ursprünglich zwischen 23:00 und 0:00 anreisen. Mein Flug hatte Verspätung, der Zug ebenso. Ich kam dann gegen 1:00 an und war froh ein Hotel direkt am Bahnhof gewählt zu haben. Ich musste ein wenig suchen, um das Haus zu finden und stand dann vor der Keybox und habe meinen Key (eine PIN bzw ein virtueller Schlüssel) eingegeben. Der tat es nur leider nicht. Ich habe eine halbe Stunde lang alles versucht. Die Kontakttelefonnummer der Unterkunft war nicht besetzt, ich konnte nur auf‘s Band sprechen. Ich musste mir um 1:30 eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Voor ons was het een prima verblijf voor een eerlijke prijs.

Het appartement is zeer goed gelegen, ong 10 min lopen van bezienswaardigheden/ centrum. Het appartement is klein, wel is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig voor een kort verblijf.

De douche ruimte is erg klein, de instap naar de douche is heel smal.

War zufrieden.

Das Zimmer ist ein Raumwunder. Alles da was man braucht. Bequemes Bett und super sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Schnell in der Stadt und direkt am HBF. Der telefonische Kontakt zum Personal war extrem nett. Späterer Checkout wurde auch ohne Probleme gewährt.

Der Abfluss im Bad roch extrem unangenehm, auch durch die geschlossene Badezimmertür. Da sollte jemand mal nachschauen.

Tot rust gekomen boven de donertent

De kamer was modern ingericht met een kleine koelkast, koffiezetapparaat met cups, een grote TV en een heel lekker bed. De verduisterende gordijnen en de airco waren een hele welkome toevoeging tijdens ons verblijf in de zomer.

Locatie was boven de plaatselijke doner tent en shisha lounge. De airco was wel erg luid maar heeft waarschijnlijk de geluidsoverlast van buiten onderdrukt. De wc heeft wel onderhoud nodig, want hij blijft maar spoelen na het doortrekken. Ook heeft de afstandbediening van de airco geen batterijen.

Alojamiento cerca de la Estación de Tren. Nuevo. No demasiado tranquilo.

El apartamento es muy nuevo, reformado. Tiene de todo, eso es cierto. Está justo frente a la estación central. Muy cómodo si se llega en tren. No tanto si se accede en coche, porque queda lejos del centro. Se puede aparcar en la calle, pagando bastante. Noches y domingos es gratis. Hay un parking cerca (APAG) bastante caro.

El bar debajo de la casa, muy ruidoso. Gente feliz fumando shisha hasta altas horas y conversando en voz alta. No música. Además, bastante movimiento sonoro procedente de los alrededores de la estación. Tranquilo, no es. Por otra parte, el precio fue altísimo, pero coincidió con un evento famoso en Aachen y la demanda se disparó. Hasta el centro de la ciudad hay que caminar cerca de 20-30 minutos.

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen, bei heißen Temperaturen unerträglich.

Sehr laut durch das Sishalokal im EG, das bis Mitternacht sehr gut besucht war und auch wegen der Hauptstraße beim Bahnhof. Keine Klimaanlage, bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad wurde das Zimmer zur Sauna, auch keine ordentliche Beschattung war möglich.Dann noch Probleme mit dem Schloss der Eingangstor.
