The design and finish of the unit was well crafted. It wasn’t just a place to sleep. It’s also the location and its proximity to a host of restaurants and other retail areas. CBD is nearby so you can walk to interesting places. The property management team was also easily accessible and very accommodating and responsive.

Security of property was good and always clean in the lobby
Receptionist was rude at check in and not very helpful. Advertised bunk beds but was actually a window sill. Advertised swimming pool included but had to pay extra to use and only 2 people were allowed..No good when you booked for a family of 5. Walked in room and dirty pan on cooker and hair on bed.
Also advertised was a 60 minute massage per adult but again had to pay.
