About this house rental
This 2023 new home is across the street from the beach and 4 blocks from bustling Flagler Avenue with awesome shops and restaurants. This home is located on a quiet street. Every space is elegantly decorated and gives a sense of luxury combined with a sense of deep relaxation. The private backyard is beautifully landscaped around the heated pool and is an inviting outdoor space to hang out, bbq and relax. This home includes 3 private bedrooms with queen beds and an open den with a pull out and a day bed. The master bedroom ensuite opens up to the upstairs balcony which offers faint sounds of the ocean directly across the street. There is a dedicated space for young children to color, draw and create. This is a perfect high end young family retreat. You and your family deserve the very best New Smyrna Beach can offer.

I can't say enough good things about this home. We are frequent visitors to this area and this is the best property we've stayed at. The pictures do not do it justice. When you walk in you are just blown away by how beautifully decorated the home is. The scent was amazing. It was stocked better than any VRBO we've ever stayed in. Everything and more than you could want (towels, beach towels, tons of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cookware, spices, condiments, etc.). Top notch appliances. Beach access was almost directly across the street. All restaurants and shops on Flagler were within walking distance. Bonnie was very quick to respond and was a wonderful host. It was amazingly clean and we all enjoyed the beautiful back yard and pool. Very family friendly (we were a family of 6 adults) and in a wonderful part of New Smyrna Beach. I hope we will be blessed enough to stay there again. It was a great way to celebrate America's 250th Birthday :)

This stay was fantastic! The house is located in an amazing location, just across the street from the beach and near local bars and restaurants. House was fully stocked, very clean and had everything we needed. Bonnie was wonderful to work with, and answered all of our questions quickly! We would definitely rent this house again!

Such a beautiful and awesome house! Very close to everything! We have been coming to New Smyrna for over 30 years and truly enjoyed this stay with our kids. We will be booking this again!

This house is amazing! Close proximity to all the great restaurants and Flagler Ave. literally just across the street to beach access and the backyard speaks for itself. We would definitely come back and stay at this property.
