Come visit our 3 bedroom, 2 full bath single family home in DeLuna Village and relax in our professionally decorated Courtyard Villa while enjoying everything The Villages has to offer. And even includes a Gas Two Seater Yamaha Gas Cart.
Our beautiful, fully furnished model home is private and quiet with a secure high fence in the backyard with a view of the large Oak trees behind the home. Please view the video of this home with the link below. It is nearby Water Lily Golf Cart Bridge. Brownwood Square is only 8 minutes away by golf cart and the "Edna's on the Green" entertainment/food area is a short 5 minute drive. And the new, very popular "Harry and the Natives" Lakefront restaurant is a only 4 minute drive. The Water Lilly Rec Center is 1/5th of a mile away where you can swim in the family pool, play Pickleball and Bocce ball or do your workout with the outdoor workout equipment. Several Villages Golf courses are under 4 miles away and gorgeous hiking/biking trails are just around the corner.

The Villages Guest Passes are available at no extra charge. Golf courses may charge a very small fee unless you opt for the $50 one-time Resident Pass. The property was quite comfortable and clean. The host’s communication was excellent. The location provides access to two nearby pools and golf cart bridge/path. I very much appreciate the opportunity to use the golf cart. We will definitely rent this house again. Jeff

The place was clean and very comfortable, we enjoyed sitting out in the lanai. The home had everything we need and more. Communication with host was amazing. Close proximity to the golf cart paths, and pool. Would highly recommend staying here.
