FABULOUS WATER VIEW OF MOTHER NATURE IN THIS BRAND NEW WOODSIDE DESIGNER HOME IN THE VILLAGES. This designer home has a Large Spacious open kitchen, large dining area & family room with 2 - 8' by 12' sliding glass doors which steps out onto 12'x 36' screen in lanai with a beautiful view. Our home has two master bed rooms with king beds and one queen master guest room each with there own private bathrooms. It is located in the Village of Marsh Bend adjacent to the New Everglades Recreation / Sports Complex. Down the road a short walk is the heated Family Pool, Edna's Food Trucks & entertainment pub and the 18 hole pitch & put course. With in a 5 to 15min drive you can be at 5 of 40+ Executive Village golf courses and the town center of Brownwood.

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for a month and enjoyed the area. We would’ve liked having a golf cart included. There is only one tv and for a house this size there should be at least one more. Could use more towels and another blanket. All in all we were pleased. The view from the lanai is beautiful. There is noise from the turnpike. The house is well cared for.

Fantastic setting with beautiful view out the back. Roomy, very comfortable. Hosts were responsive to questions. We would return.

The house was spotless and well cared for. Every convenience was provided such as coffee maker, toaster, baking pans and dinnerware. It was up to date in its decor with not a mark on the walls or nick in the furniture. The view was very relaxing and the beds were super comfortable. The home is centrally located in The Villages and very near hiking trails and the supermarket. It provided a very good base for our vacation.
