The beautiful 100 m² holiday home is located directly on the reed belt of the Great Wariner See, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. In just a few steps you can reach the free-entry beach on foot. The house has a spacious living-dining area with windows facing the lake and exit to the terrace with lake views and a beach chair. The large kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and the guest toilet are on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The holiday home has a fenced garden, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, as well as a kayak and two stand up paddle boards for your sole use. Your own parking space is on the property. The holiday home is equally suitable for families, couples and groups; the playground can be reached in 5 minutes.
