Beautiful and new flat in front line beach residential, spacious and ample to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

Flooring with laminate flooring both in the flat and on the large terrace. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus toilet, kitchen open to living room.

Equipped with bed and bath linen, dishwasher, plasma TV, complete kitchenware, equipped kitchen with quartz worktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, everything you need to feel at home.

Accommodation conditions:

-Deposit to be paid at check-in: 500€.

-Maximum 4 persons

-Smoking is not allowed in the flat or on the terrace.

-Street shoes are not allowed in the flat.

-The kitchen extractor hood will always be activated when cooking.

-Silence and community rules will be respected.

-The radiators in the bathrooms will be kept at 22ºC, it is not allowed to place or dry anything on them.

-The client must be at least 25 years of age.

                         

 

Daily hotel cleaning service (if hired).

 

Attention during your stay 24h.

3 km to Isla Canela 18 hole golf course, 4 km to Ayamonte, 60 km to Faro, 60 km to Huelva and 170 km to Seville.

-Deposit refundable after 5 days of departure.

Dear guest, to get from our offices in Punta del Moral to the flat:

 

You must exit again through the entrance barrier to the port and continue along Avda. de la Mojarra in the direction of the main and largest roundabout at the tourist exit of Punta del Moral.

(You must continue straight on).

 

Once you pass the hotels (Playa Marina, Playa Canela and Iberostar) continue straight on.

 

After a few metres you will see a residential area in shades of blue, red, brown... and then a small roundabout. Take the second exit and continue straight ahead on Calle De Los Pelicanos.

 

On your left you will see your access to the car park at Residencial Los Camaleones.
