This beautiful penthouse is the best situated in the front Isla Canela beach with fantastic sea views and in the block overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens and offers the best access to the beachfront out. Property consist of 100 m interior space and 100 m outdoor terracing, penthouse has a glazed terrace and another outdoor. As a resident you will have full use of the swimming pool & children pool in season , 3 bedroom penthouse, sleeps 7, with gardens, tennis court, 2 paddle tennis court, children play area on prestigious beach fronted development on the borders of Spain and Portugal known as the Spanish Algarve.

THE BEACH: 7 kms of marvelous fine sandy beach and beautiful promenade, restaurants,paddle tennis, water sports, shopping areas and all the flavour of Andalusia. Enjoy Isla Canela´s Beaches and relax on their soft sand. Practice your favourite sport (paddle, tennis, golf sailing, fishing or whatever or simply looking at the marvelous landscape that Isla Canela offers to you.
RESTAURANTS : Many restaurants in the area, specialities are fresh sea fish.
- DAMAGE DEPOSIT: It will be used in cases of damage to the house and extra cleaning.
The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, if you use the barbecue you have to clean it, leave the refrigerator empty and throw the garbage in the containers of the urbanization.

Marife met us upon arrival and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the welcome we received. The home is beautifully laid out and the view from the terrace and yes, the glassed in enclosed terrace is nothing but spectacular.

We were 6 adults in this beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with lovely, multiple spaces to relax and enjoy the location. There is a well provided kitchen and dining area to cook and eat at home, with a bbq on the terrace. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The check-in process was straight forward with Marife who is very friendly and available for any assistance if needed. The parking space in the underground car park is adjacent to the lift up to the 5th floor. There are multiple beach side restaurants within a 20 minute walk along foot and cycle ways, and others in the port areas a little further away. A wonderful place to stay and relax.

Additionally, the host is highly attentive and maintains excellent communication. A professional and accommodating management team is available, with no language barriers for non-native speakers.While dining options in the immediate vicinity are limited during the winter season, a charming town just 7 km away offers a large supermarket and a variety of restaurants with both indoor and outdoor seating—perfect for enjoying a meal while observing the peaceful local atmosphere.In winter, this location is particularly well-suited for mature visitors and small families who enjoy self-guided activities such as beach outings, walking, biking, and admiring the vibrant weekend colorful skydivers.

Penthouse apartment with fantastic views. Well kept apartment and complex with underground parking, tennis court (it was too hot for tennis - but the air con was great) and large pool (only open at weekends when we were there). Excellent choice of local restaurants all in walking distance. We love the beaches.Almudena and the local management team were all amazing with detailed information and rapid responses to any queries.Would definitely return and would recommend both the apartment and Isla Canela as a destination.
