About this apartment rental

Flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in first line of beach with communal swimming pool and parking space included in the price, sea and general view, fully equipped. Terrace and garden furniture. Lift, air conditioning hot-cold in all rooms, bed and bath linen, dishwasher, plasma TV, complete kitchenware, oven and microwave, coffee machine, toaster, everything you need to feel at home.

Dear guest, to get from our offices in Punta del Moral to the apartment:

 

You must exit the port entrance barrier again and continue along Avda. de la Mojarra towards the main and largest roundabout at the tourist exit of Punta del Moral.

(You must continue straight ahead).

 

Once you have passed the hotels (Playa Marina, Playa Canela, and Iberostar), continue straight ahead.

 

After a few meters, you will see a residential complex in shades of blue, red, and brown... followed by a small roundabout. Take the first exit and continue straight ahead until the next roundabout. Take the second exit (left) and continue straight ahead. You will reach Calle de los Pelícanos, where you should turn right.

On your left, you will see the entrance to the parking lot at Residencial Ocean Homes.
