Welcome to our newly renovated 4 bedroom townhouse with courtyard garden, located moments away from vibrant Deptford High Street and historic Greenwich. A 3-minute walk from the train station gets you to central London in just 10 minutes. The bustling high street with its shops and eateries is on your doorstep. Plus, Greenwich's shops, restaurants, and royal park are just a 15-minute walk away!
Discover your dream urban retreat in Deptford - a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, perfect for both large families and groups.
The bright, spacious kitchen and open dining area come fully equipped, perfect for a convivial meal with family or friends. Opening off the kitchen is the tranquil courtyard garden, an oasis away from the bustling high street, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The welcoming living room provides another area to relax, with games, books and TV streaming services provided.
Ascend to the sleeping quarters, with two elegant double bedrooms on the second level, each with its own en-suite. The third level comprises a large double bedroom with dedicated workspace, as well as a single bedroom and a capacious bathroom complete with bathtub. Plush towels and select toiletries are provided for an indulgent experience. High speed wifi is provided throughout the house.
Your comfort is our utmost priority, with the property meticulously prepared for your arrival.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
