Wonderful location, enough space for one person, beautiful bathroom. Really enjoyed having a kitchenette and dishes!
No AC. Travelled here in a time where there was a heat wave to 40 degrees. Only one fan for whole room

I really liked the layout, it worked very well for a 2 night stay and it's in a great central location. The place was extremely clean, we liked the kitchen essentials pack and the fact it was all new, it's a nice touch. The hosts were very helpful via WhatsApp. There is parking options available nearby, the ibis hotel is literally next door. I'd definitely stay again.
It was extremely hot but given London is in the middle of one it's biggest heatwaves this wasn't the property's fault. There is no AC but they do provide a fan which we had on all night and throughout the stay which helped, it only covers a small section though. The windows don't open fully either so there was a lack of a breeze to get through the apartment. It would be ideal outside of peak summer I think. The stairs can be awkward for some with luggage.

Clean, great location, lots of fun things around the location to do.
We did not have any warm water. After contacting the owners we were told the boiler was reset. But the water still turned only lukewarm for a moment at best. This wasn’t the worst problem because we stayed during the heatwave of 30-35C but still iffy they couldn’t get the warm water fixed for our entire stay. In terms of cooling we only had a fan. So unless you’re in a heatwave I would reconsider.
