About this cottage rental
Sun drenched 2-bedroom house built in 2023. Open plan living, rustic backyard with a meadow (mono-culture lawns are the devil:), outside bath, hammock, fruit trees and vege garden.
Spare bedroom with office set up. Wetback fire, solar panels, external charge point for your EV, and a 10,000 litre water tank. Blue light free lights to help you sleep.
Walking distance to Annam Carram, the river and the beach! TV with steaming service loaded on.
No cleaning fee, but if you're uptight about these things I'm happy to get a professional cleaner in. It's a lived-in house not a holiday home so is fully stocked with things can use but happy to clear things out upon requests.

loved alex's place a great stay

The meadow was basically an overgrown weedy lawn, with a few discarded items, sadly the hammock was rotten and unusable. Driveway access is hindered by a curb, but thankful i have a small car. Cottage was cute, beds werent the best but they did the job. Alex was great at communication and helpful.
