Spacious and bright 80 sqm apartment in the heart of Koukaki, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Ideal for families and groups, the apartment features two bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Located just steps from Acropolis Metro station, it offers easy access to the Acropolis, the city center, and Athens’ main attractions.
The 80m2 apartment (up to 6 people) includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room (it is a seperate room with sofa-double bed), 1 dining room (seperate big room that is perfect also for remotely workers), a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine.
One travel cot is available upon request.
Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room.
Around the apartment, you can find many restaurants, bars, cafes, traditional bakery shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, private parkings, self-laundry shops, lockers, etc.

Had a short stay in Athens before our cruise. Our host was great and always responded quickly to our messages. Provided us with a place nearby to keep luggage (couldn't check in early). Location was perfect- easy walking to everything. Property is just outside the busy touristy area. We enjoyed being able to step away but not be far. Our host made us feel welcome with snacks and chilled water as well as other sweet notions throughout the house.

This apartment is absolutely wonderful! Perfect walking location to the Acropolis and many other historical sites. We found a great restaurant around the corner that may have the best food in the city. Ionna was very accommodating and even arranged a taxi for us. You should stay here :)
