Stylish, 3-brdm Family Apartment near Acropolis!

We pre booked a taxi through the property owners to meet us at the airport, and he arrived right on time and made the whole transfer seemless and enjoyable - a service that I would highly recommend. The property itself is situated in a side street that is flanked by 2 major roads so expect some traffic noise which is inevitable when you're in the centre of Athens! Tram and bus stops are close by, and you could walk to the Plaka in about 20-25 minutes which was fine in October during our stay but could be more of a challenge in the heat of full summer! The property is located on the 1st floor with access by stairs or a a lift which added to the convenience. The interior was bright, modern and clean and quite well equiped. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this property.

The arrangement for collecting the keys was stressfull. Thanks to our driver making a number of phone calls, he eventually established where the keys were and let us into the proprty. Prior to our arrival into Athens, I had received a number of emails, always with conflicting instructions on key collection. Had we have not been collected by a driver we still wouldn't be any the wiser on how to gain access. I suspect that it is a proprty mangement company that handles this and needs to improve on this aspect. Likewise at the end of the stay, instructions on leaving the keys conflicted and we ended up simply leaving them on the dining table and pulling the door losed! Otherwise, a most enjoyable stay.
