About this house rental
Walking distance to downtown Saranac Lake, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property has everything that a group needs to enjoy everything that the Adirondacks has to offer. With amazing lake views, we pride ourselves in maintaining the perfect space to enjoy your coffee before heading out to explore.
The owners have two young children, so the house is equipped with everything a family would need to get away in the mountains, including toys, a pack-and-play, hiking backpack, dishes, a high-chair, and more.
**Please note that the house does rest on a hill and parking is street level. There are two staircases (about 40 steps in total) that you have to climb to get to the main entrance of the house.**

This is a great property and a great location, lovely view. The kids loved playing on the porch and enjoyed the toys and books that were there! We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed well stocked, the house had everything we needed! The only slightly critical thing I would say is that we did get strong wiffs of dog every now and then, but not the end of the world. (We have a daughter who is allergic to dogs so I was a little worried but she was totally fine). The girls spotted a deer in the yard while we were eating breakfast which was a real treat for them, they already asked if we could go back again next year!

Thank you for your attention to detail - we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, especially the pancake mix and maple syrup, which were such a treat!The house was clean, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The location was perfect, with great options for hiking, beaches, and scenic drives. The house was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll be within walking distance of downtown Saranac Lake. Also, there are canoe rentals and hiking close by. Finally, there are plenty of restaurants within driving distance or grocery stores if you wish to eat-in.
