The place is really good, clean, perfect location, friendly staff, and fair negotiation. Did I mention that it’s clean? It’s really clean!!
Most of the reviews complaining about the noise. There are 2 sets of units in this building. The front ones on the street might catch more noise. But mine was in the back and you barely can hear it.
The only con was the pool. A little too cold. The water honestly was freezing. And I thought I was the only one. Other neighbors were sunbathing and told me the same thing. But who cares about that pool when the beach is down the road.
I will make sure to stay there again next time.
