About this house rental
Mama’s Cottage is a beautiful Cape Cod-style, 6-bedroom, 2-bath oceanview home located in the charming town of Atlantic Beach. This inviting coastal retreat is just a short stroll from beach access and only minutes away from local shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk.
The first floor features a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with a Keurig, toaster, dishwasher, full-size oven, and refrigerator with attached ice maker. Step outside onto the expansive deck just off the kitchen to take in beautiful ocean views—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Three of the six bedrooms, along with a full bathroom, are located on the first floor for easy access. Upstairs, you'll find an additional sitting area, a second refrigerator for extra storage, three more bedrooms, and another full bathroom.
For your convenience, the home also includes an interior washer and dryer, making extended stays a breeze. Enjoy a cozy night in grilling on the gas grill out on the deck, or head out for a night on the town with great dining and entertainment just minutes away. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Excellent property from top to bottom. No better location for access to the circle and the beach. Only issues: (1) dirty laundry from previous guest left in the large bags on the porch obstructing entry from arrival, overnight, and until noon next day, (2) gas propane tank was empty, (3)
