Ocean front beach house located on the most sought-after stretch of Atlantic Beach, Ocean Ridge Drive.
Owned by the same family for over 70 years, this charming house has entertained many generations of family and friends.
Appreciated by those who want a beach house ‘like they used to be’, this is a place where you feel comfortable with the windows open listening to the waves crashing on the beach from your bedroom.
You will experiencing an old style 'beach cottage" which dates back to the early 60s. Extensively renovated in 2014 but the rustic feel of the interior remain. Attractive solid pine paneling in the main living room and oceanfront bedrooms. Living room features a large picture window with stunning views of the ocean.
Features includes: 400 Mbps wireless internet, a 60” Roku Smart TV in the main living room, with numerous apps provided; YouTube TV, Prime, Paramount, Netflix . The ocean front bedroom downstairs has a 42” Roku Smart TV with the same apps provided. Easy to set up as a children’s viewing room as it has 3 twin beds. The main upstairs living area consists of kitchen, dining room that can seat 12, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms and 1 & ½ baths. Upstairs bedrooms ; #1: one king, #2: two twins, #3: two twins & 1 queen, and #4: one king. The downstairs (ground level) has 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Bedroom #5: Two twins and #6: three twins. The washer/dryer, second refrigerator, 2 separate showers and a new deluxe gas grill are located on this level. The house can accommodate up to 8 – 10 cars including a 2 car garage – perfect for large family gatherings. There are plenty beach chairs and toys such as a sea kayak, 1 surfboard, as well boogie boards and skim board. Shibumi beach shade is also provided. A spacious outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water is a popular feature.

Beautiful spot, sand a great space to relax for a few days. I had some difficulty with communication with the owners, probably due my own ineptness, but also for me it was due to the VRBO's wall of separation between the client and property owners.This was my fourth or fifth booking through VRBO and I must say by far the most difficult. I will probably not book through them again. The communication is simply too convoluted, frustrating, and difficult. Once finally in direct contact with the property owner, everything went smoothly. Thank you, Jim!

This Beach House was awesome. The location is great. The host had quick replies to any questions I had. My group enjoyed it so much that we are planning our next trip at this Beach House. Very affordable. We slept 14 comfortably. Thanks again Jim & Anita
