    We definitely enjoyed our stay at UPAR Hotels Silom for Songkran 2026. It was fairly easy to get to from the airport via train. The location is good as it is near several establishments and convenience stores. The entrance is along Decho Road so even during Songkran, we can book cars easily without getting wet along Si Lom Road. It is quite a walk from the hotel to the main areas of Songkran in Si Lom (about 15-20 minutes) but it’s manageable. The staff was also very accommodating! We were supposed to transfer rooms on the second day but they were kind enough to put us in one room for the duration of our stay without having to transfer despite our booking. Shoutout to Nok! She is very helpful in giving recommendations and she booked our private car to the airport when we were about to leave. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even if there is some difficulty with English. Use Google Translate to communicate! The airconditioning in our initial room was not quite working but they provided us quickly with an electric fan and offered to transfer us to a different room once it was available with no extra charge! The rooms were spacious and if you’re going for Songkran, ask for a room with a window/balcony so you can dry your clothes easier. The toilets had bidets and the showers have temperature control. There is also a closet with hangers although they have an old wood smell and a safe for your belongings. You can choose when the housekeeper can tidy up as well. You can also leave your keys at the front desk if you’re going out. There’s a 1000 baht deposit fee for the key which you’ll get back upon check out. During the last day of Songkran, some staff were having fun just outside and they included us in their celebrations. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back!

    This hotel is not a good place . When we arrived ,it looks like a haunted house. No windows , their room is suffocating . They don't have toiletries . The photos from their hotel in Agoda is not the same when you arrived to hotel
