Location, hotel room, staff
Dirty chairs in the kitchen, like they were never cleaned, or chainged. The only two good foods are the omlette and the sunnyside up egg.
I wanted to give this hotel a solid 8,5/10 but the chairs in the brekafast area are so disgusting that i could sit another minute on them.
