Stylish apartment indeed! This apartment was cute, convenient, and homey inside (in the best way). My friends and I wanted to move in! We loved the beds and balcony, the location was perfect for sightseeing in Edinburgh. It was nice to be able to walk into the main touristy area, and then come back to what felt like a bit more of a locals-only neighborhood.
Apartment got a bit warm during the day, but honestly it wasn't much of an issue. It was nice at times because it got a bit chilly outside in the nights. Also there are plenty of windows you can open to freshen up the place.

The location was very good, in a beautiful part of Edinburgh. The flat was mostly clean and well-presented, but there were several issues with it. The outdoor patio is a nice feature, but we didn't use it.
A bin bag of rubbish, presumably from the last quests, was left outside on the rooftop terrace. The shower is electric, so the water pressure is very bad. The washing machine had flooded, and stagnant water was in the bottom of the drum. Everytime we tried to use the toaster it tripped the fuse so I don't think it is safe to use. There was no hot water in the kitchen, which made washing up impractical, but the host was very responsive and was happy to come and fix it.
