Wouldn’t go back to a pod. I’m sure other mobile ones are good but the pod didn’t impress.

It was quiet.

The directions to access the pod were very bad. There were no signs to indicate the number of each one which was only on the door. No washing up facilities for cups. A microwave was supplied but no crockery or cutlery. The heater wasn’t working and the pod was cold. Luckily I had a sleeping back as well as bed clothes but still had to wear outdoor clothes. No comfortable seating. Just two flimsy cushions. I think in this day and age a toilet and wash basin should be provided as some of the pods were far from the shared toilets. Even though they are set up for summer use the lack of any wash up facilities for cooking etc, no water even for kettle. Showers charged at £1 which I thought was real cheapskate!

Great spot to relax, we had so much fun with the kids.

Lovely, clean pod and easy check in. The showers and toilets were also extremely clean and well maintained. We had a pod close to the toilets, so it was perfect!

The environment is beautiful and so neat

There wasn’t any member of staff at the sight, we had to go all the way to use the toilet, and have a shower. Going to the toilet when it was dark was challenging because it was a bit far from the pod and I have kids. But for neatness the place is supper. And very beautiful.

Very relaxed weekend

We had a beautiful stay....Hire van was very modern, clean and tidy with everything we needed and extras. Kids loved the park and teepee tent close by....the walk to the water was beautiful. Veyr relaxed weekend...quiet area and the ice cream truck was a bonus each evening. Really impressed with our stay.

The mobile was perfect for our stay kids loved it and we attended splash water park which wasn’t too far.

The location was perfect, close to local shops. The mobile home was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

There was no fans and our mobile home was unbearably hot. Could have done with dusting the cobwebs but the rest of the mobile was clean. Clean white sheets and toiletries supplied. The beach cove was beautiful but we couldn’t get into the water due to the green/blue algae.

Lovely clean quiet Campsite

The location was central to where we wanted to visit, the campsite was large clean and very quiet. The online booking system was easy and instructions very clear.

To be honest we couldn't fault our stay, we weren't there during the day as we were at the open at Portrush.

Do not stay here

The location is nice

After booking this they I formed us they wouldn't be providing bed linen and it was 30 extra for sheets. We paid 125 for one night. They said we could book a hot tub but then I got an email to say we couldn't book it for one night. There was no toilets in the cabin or showers. They were separate. They also took £100 deposit from me and as I paid via MasterCard they said it would take 30.days to refund me. Emails from them are conflicting about checking out. One said 10 am the other said 11. We checked out at 10.am and then received the checking out instructions at 10.15 in which it stated cups needs to be washed yet there was no washing facilities in the room. We also needed to brush everywhere and empty the bins. This was dependent on weather we got our deposit back but they didn't send us these details prior to checking out. I am from the local area so I was very disappointed with this accommodation.

Amazing break at this superb park

The caravan and hot tub was fantastic, the woodland walk and cove really made our stay. The caravan was good and spacious, the staff especially Matt was a great help and welcomed us with a massive smile nothing was to much bother for him.

the service from start to finish was great. the caravan was in great condition as was Castlewood holiday park itself. the caravan had everything we needed for the perfect stay. If i ever visit the Belfast/Antrim area again i would 100% stay here. great location for local town, shops, and the Antrim Forum. thank you to all for the perfect stay.

La posizione è comoda per visitare Belfast ma rimanere fuori dal traffico, i bagni puliti, ricordatevi assolutamente di portare lenzuola e cuscini,non comodissimo per chi sta viaggiando in macchina e ha un solo bagaglio a mano

Sarebbe utile un servizio di noleggio della biancheria e una miglior pulizia del parco e del sentiero che porta al lago

La forêt et le calme. Les sanitaires étaient propres et toujours nickel.

Aucun ustensile de cuisine ni assiette ni couverts alors qu il y a une. Frigo un micro ondes et un barbecue ! Les alentours pas top ! Pas de serviettes ni draps a ce prix !
