The atmosphere of the place as an old school house converted into a small hotel that suited the extended family for a short stay. Good facilities include outdoor hot tub, sauna, basket ball area, dance room, plenty of parking
The property is near a busy road with speeding traffic. It is a couple of miles from town. Some rooms are ready for paint & decor update.

The great surprise was the heated hot tub and Sauna and party room
Just needed few touch up , like door handles of room non existent and doors not being able to be closed, windows of bedrooms couldn’t be opened . We had a great stay over all

Lovely house, comfy beds. Party room was abused hit and alot of fun. The hot tub was great bonus too. Nice sitting in the conservatory and looking at the countryside.
Some doors didn't close properly. House needs a little maintenance.

Great facilities available for a party! Hot tub and sauna were a big hit as was the disco room and karaoke although did have to pay extra for these.
Needs maintenance and a good clean and tidy up inside and out. Fresher linens and towels would be expected for something in this price range. Was glad I’d taken a few larger cooking pots with me.
