The location suited us well. A 10 minute walk into town. There was plenty of parking space and the house was spacious.

Family trip
Everything was spotless in the house. It was an amazing quiet part of Kenmare, a great base to go around the ring of Kerry.i stayed with my Mom & little dog he had a great time it's great that places are pet friendly, only small thing no grass cut he is a small dog and I didn't put him out the back but he went out the front instead 🐶😁I would highly recommend this home thank you again hopefully we will be back soon cheers 👍😁

Le volume des pièces, une place pour la voiture juste devant la maison, le quartier calme avec un espace de verdure, équipements.
Difficulté d'ouvrir et de fermer les portes d'entrée et du jardin, poubelles pleines non vidées depuis un bon moment (nous sommes d'ailleurs partis avec les nôtres sinon ça déborde), moquette tachée à divers endroits, plafond de la salle à manger tachée suite à fuite non repeint, pas de livret "d'accueil" comme on en voit d'habitude avec diverses informations (choses à voir, resto sympa, tri des poubelles, que faire en cas de problème avec la chaudière, la ventilation,....) risque de produits périmés laissés dans les placards.

Geräumiges Haus ohne WLAN
Das Haus ist groß, mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 vollwertigen Bädern und 1 Toilette und einem Garten. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Close.
Es gibt KEIN WLAN!! (Das habe ich bei der Ausstattungsbeschreibung überlesen) Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht gut, es fehlten essentielle Dinge wie Brettchen, Küchenschere, mehr Besteck etc. Das Haus war sehr lieblos und unpersönlich. Man merkt, dass es ein reines Immobilienobjekt ist. Kaputte Dinge oder dreckige Teppiche werden nicht ausgewechselt oder repariert. Es lag ein Zettel im Haus (wer weiß, wie lange schon), dass das Bad oben nicht benutzt werden kann wegen Wasserschaden. Nach einem Anruf stellte sich heraus, dass es nur die Badewanne war.

Heerlijk huis in een prachtig deel van Ierland
Het is een mooie woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de ligging is prima, in een rustige wijk aan de rand van Kenmare. Van daaruit kan je makkelijk o.a. Beara, Iveragh (Ring of Kerry), Dingle, Killarney National Park en Lough Leane bezoeken.
Een instructie voor het aanzetten van de verwarming en warmwatervoorziening zou handig zijn.
