The location. The window,shurltters overlooking the street was lovely.
The air-conditioning.
The bedding was clean, fresh and simple, flooring not carpet, which is hygienic.
A small kitchenette, I didn't use personally, but if you need to make a simple breakfast, like eggs & toast it's ideal. The shops are very near for lovely bakeries etc.
Bed comfortable.
You can't flush toilet paper, the bins need replacing for containing the toilet paper, more bin liners and perhaps sanitary bags ( like nappy sacks). I didn't have any with me, I'm just being honest as we're used to flushing, then bins hanging around that aren't adequate for sanitary purposes.

The location is very central. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It has enough space and content for a week long stay. I recommend the place.
There is a cafe bar downstairs from the apartment so vibrations/music can be heard through the walls from early in the morning. It's not a big deal if you cant be bothered during sleep usually.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter, sortir le soir en toute sécurité.
Il y avait tout le nécessaire, c’était propre, la communication avec le propriétaire était fluide
Bien pour un court séjour ou une étape
Pas d’ascenseur (ce n’est pas indiqué)
Odeur dans la salle de bain. (égouts + chaleur)
la clim aurait pu être allumée avant notre arrivée
la salle de bain est un peu vieillissante, il faut activer le chauffe eau sur le disjoncteur mais c’est écrit en grec 😂
