Αριστη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο, καταστήματα εστίασης , αξιοθέατα. Ειναι 7 min (με τα πόδια) απο την πλατεία ΛΙΣΤΟΝ , και κοντά στα λεωφορεία στην πλατεία ΣΑΝ ΡΟΚΟ. Υπαρχουν εστιατόρια , cafe, φούρνος και super market πολυ κοντά. Σε επίπεδο εξοπλισμου υπαρχει κουζινα, μεγαλο ψυγειο , σκαυη , βραστηρας, σιδερο για τα ρουχα και σιδερωστρα. Στν τηλεοραση πρεπει να μην υπηρχε κεραια διοτι δεν υπηρχε σημα. Μπορουσαμε να δούμε ERTFLIX. wi-fi καλο
Τα έπιπλα στο υπνοδωμάτιο και καθιστικό ηταν τα πλεον φτηνά της αγοράς, με αισθητικη δεκαετίας 1970. Η κουζινα και το μπανιο ηταν καλα και σε επιπεδο εξοπλισμου. Η πορτα εισόδου στο δρόμο ειχε δεξια -αριστερα αυτοφυη φυτα. Η σκαλα ανοδου εχει πολυ μικρο πατημα στα σκαλια και ειναι αβολη. Δεν υπάρχει φωτισμός στη σκάλα απο την εισοδο στο δρομο εως επανω. Εξω απο την πορτα αναψε φωτισμος.
