Great location but somewhat disappointing unit. Not great value for what you pay.

The location was great. Within easy walking distance of markets, shops and restaurants. Appreciated that we could do a load of laundry in the unit. Fully equipped kitchen but we didn’t choose to use it.

Although likely typical in such an old area, we were disappointed that there was no balcony and very narrow and steep stairs to get to the unit. Host was cleaning when we arrived within the check in time so we had to wait. We had indicated arrival time through booking.com but she said she hadn’t received it so we didn’t have a means to contact her once she left. Finally, there was a distinct sewer gas smell mostly in the kitchen/bathroom area. We kept the windows open throughout our stay. Overpriced for what we got.

Great apartment in the middle of Old Town.

Good location in the heart of the old town. All the essentials we’re there, such as hairdryer, iron and kitchen gear. The Owner is willing to help you with everything.

Very small bed and the appartement was quite old. Kitchen and bathroom could be cleaner.

Peaceful Spot in Old Town, Mixed Experience

This house is tucked away in a quiet part of Corfu’s old town, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It gives you the chance to experience life inside a charming old building. Although we didn’t use the kitchen much, it seemed fine for preparing simple meals. The double bed was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable for us.

If you have large luggage, be aware that you’ll need to carry it up to the first floor. This wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s worth noting. What did bother us, however, was a noticeable smell (what seemed like mildew) in the kitchen fridge area and bathroom. It was most apparent when returning to the house after being outside. I mentioned this to the host and hope it can be addressed for future guests.

Location is excellent, you are in the heart of an old town, everything is so close. The green bus station is 15 minutes from the apartment, and the blue is 3 minutes.

It could be cleaner (the kitchen and the sofa).

Location was good.

Unnecessary clutter but lacking things like hooks or places to open suitcases. Bathroom directly through kitchen. Too many stairs for older people arriving with luggage. Lots of extra bedding but no sheets or pillowcases

The place was very comfortable for 4 people, it was in the center and it had a great access to the market. Also, the traditional characteristics of the building were kept. I would surely recommend it to others.

Μια ανάσα από το κέντρο. Η κυρία Αννα πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Ηταν καθαρό.

Μύριζε υγρασία όταν άνοιγες τα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας αλλά γενικά η Κέρκυρα έχει πολύ υγρασία. Ισως κάποιο αρωματικό να καλυτέρευε το χώρο. ήταν καθαρό το διαμέρισμα. Μέσω μπουκινγκ για δύο βράδια πληρώσαμε 110 ευρώ κάτι το οποίο ήταν πάρα πολύ Ικανοποιητικό για τις παροχές του.

Une excellente localisation très équipée, pas trop fancy

L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur de la vieille ville, à 20min à pied à peine du terminal des bus verts si vous souhaitez explorer l'île de Corfou. Beaucoup d'équipements disponibles dans l'appartement, possibilité de se connecter à la télévision pour caster un programme.

L'appartement est bien rangé, et est nettoyé. Cependant, le nettoyage reste en surface. Rien de grave, mais j'ai l'habitude que ce soit plus propre chez moi (traces de graisse de savon sur le rideau de douche, casseroles graisseuses, bouilloire avec beaucoup de calcaire). Des casseroles qui semblent en Téflon sont très abîmées et devraient être jetées.

Très déçue

Appartement bien situé, mais dans un état de saleté inacceptable. Odeur nauséabonde, cuisine répugnante, et la douche fuit, inondant toute la salle de bain. Aucune amélioration malgré les anciens avis négatifs, un vrai manque de respect pour les voyageurs. Mais si ce genre d’endroit ne vous dérange pas, l’emplacement est effectivement très bon (à condition de ne pas avoir de grosses valises, car il y a des escaliers étroits).

Dobre zakwaterowanie na dwudniowe zwiedzanie miasta. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do centrum. W pobliżu sklepy spożywczy, targ z żywnością. Spokojna okolica.

Zdjęcia nie do końca oddają rzeczywistość, wnętrze jest nieco ciemniejsze. Widać że gospodarze się starają, jednak można nieco popracować nad czystością i wyposażeniem.

Затишна квартира, все чисто, є комплект посуда, каструлі, сковорідки і все для приготування їжі, та всі прилади, духовка, мікрохвильовка, навіть праска.

Додатково мусите заплатити місцевий збір за людину 8 євро, літній період, та 2 євро зимній період, могли то вирішити зразу з букінгом
