We enjoyed the facility but were frustrated by parking

It was convenient to walk easily to activities, restaurants, the water and shopping. Félix was easy to communicate with once we were able to access WiFi. It was very clean and had all the dishes we needed. The patio was nice and had sufficient, comfortable seating.

Parking. There is no dedicated parking space & as non-Italian speakers, it was difficult to determine what areas on the street were designated as non-local” parking. As a result we received a €30 parking ticket. We are here off-season & can’t imagine the difficulty to park during high season!

For that amount of money, they could have fixed the water supply and properly cleaned the place.

The location is very convenient, close to the train station, bus stop, beach, and supermarket. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony, and a great Bluetooth sound system.

It was very dirty — dust and hair everywhere. The host arranged for an extra cleaning, but nothing changed. Even though there were 2 bathrooms, it was only possible to shower and use the tap in one of them, because as soon as you turned on the tap in the other bathroom or in the kitchen, the water flow stopped.

Super location, no parking, cleaning could be better.

Very good location, very spacious, two separate bathrooms. Very good for family trips.

The house was not clean. The floors were dirty, for the amount we paid for cleaning this is not acceptable. There is no free parking. There is only parking with payment. When there is a coffe machine in home it would be better to have also at least two coffe capsules. We found the TV remote control below the sofa after 1 hour of seaeching.

Would book again

The apartment is close to both the sea and the town, and we found the location to be great: easy to find great restaurants and coffee, and lovely to walk from. The beds were comfortable for sleeping, and the owner was quick to respond to questions.

There was no internet which we did not realize when we booked…not the worst thing, but inconvenient. The boiler had not been turned on, so we did not have hot water at first….again, not the worst thing, but inconvenient. We liked the location of the apartment and the owner was quick to respond to the hot water glitch.
