Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. At the entrance, a corridor with a convenient closet leads to the open plan living area, which is furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and an espresso machine. This room boasts an access to the balcony with table and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy outdoor meals. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both complete with a closet, the first one featuring a queen-size bed, the second one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. The layout is completed by a storage room, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, iron, air conditioning and heating.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
