Excellent location fantastic views spacious apartment

We were disappointed with the cleaning package/welcome pack left as we had to buy simple things like black bags and J cloths for a week stay. However, our main concern, whilst we accept the fact that pets are welcome, was the level and amount of dog hair on furniture and floors. There was also a considerable amount of bird droppings on the glass balconies and in particular the floors and tables and furniture on the balconies Which clearly had been there for some time before our arrival. I would’ve cleaned the tables so we could use them but there was nothing available in the flat to do this with. Given our party included a one year-old baby, we were very conscious of this. In the lead up to the holiday I repeatedly emailed and text messages to the property as per the instructions on the website/Booking.com page to try and update details on the party size (due to an admin error made by me when making the original booking) but never received any replies. It is only when I used the Sykes Cottages new booking phone line/number I managed to get through to update the details even then the details were updated incorrectly to not include the infant.
