The property was large and very clean inside. It had all the mod cons required and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Parking was conveient on the street outside which was a plus.
The coffee/tea maker was excellent and coffee was provided.
The Mississippi is just 30 mins walk away, the main drag Bourban Street 25 mins max so all quite close.
We had a 3 week road trip and booked a total of 7 accomodations, 6 offering washing/drying facilities. This was the only one that did not offer any cleaning tablets for the washer, one would have done. This is why we only rated this 9 instead of 10. This was also by far the most expensive place we stayed at.
Als the front door is difficult to open as the handle is loose and the door fails on the floor so you have to really shove it.
We also found the area intimidating so made sure we took a safe route home and were back before dark.

What I loved about the property is the beauty of it and the way it was designed. It has a welcoming vibe and home feel to it. Gerald is an absolute amazing host. He checks in constantly and ensures that you remain safe while in the property. He makes sure you have what you need and is available day or night for any hiccups that you may have while in the property.
The amenities are amazing. I don't think there is anything he did not think of. A TV in every room, a cell phone charging station with every phone type cord, a washer/dryer, shower-tub and a stand-alone shower, full kitchen with utensils, etc.
Gerald made it easy to pay for the property, extend the stay, and more. He goes above and beyond to ensure you and your guests have the best time possible.
You must stay here! This is a beautiful property and one that I will be staying in again and again and again.
