The proximity to everything, even though we used Uber most of the time.
One side of bed was sunken in… the smell of cigarettes and marijauna coming through vents.

I enjoyed my condo
The building needs some tender love and care. The lobby uses so much air freshener to cover the garbage smell that it gets into your mouth and clothes. The halls and elevators smell like trash. Enough to make you gag.
