The condo features two inviting bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, both dressed in luxe linens for restful nights. Ample clothing storage is provided with a wardrobe and dresser in each room. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure a comfortable stay year-round.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped Bosch kitchen awaits, complete with a refrigerator, electric stove, single oven, microwave, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a hot water kettle are all provided, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy a morning coffee before heading out.
Living area & entertainment
Relax in the cozy living room with a 45-inch HDTV featuring Roku for streaming, or spin a record on the vintage player. Board games are available for a fun night in. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or get work done during your visit.

Enjoy the ease of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, plus essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.
