Settle into the sofa for a night of streaming on the 45-inch HDTV with Roku, spin something on the vintage record player, or pull out a board game. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in the common area keep you connected for those who need to squeeze in work between outings. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans run year-round, keeping the space comfortable regardless of the season.
Sleeping arrangements
Two restful bedrooms offer a king bed and a queen bed, each made up with cotton bed linens. Clothing storage is provided in both rooms via wardrobe and dresser, and hangers are on hand for easy unpacking.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances throughout - a refrigerator, electric stove, single oven, and dishwasher - along with a microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a freezer are all included. Whether you're preparing a full meal or just brewing a morning cup before heading out, everything you need is here.
Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, cleaning products, and a hair dryer - the essentials covered so you can pack light.
Convenience & family features
In-unit washer and dryer, an iron, and a drying rack make longer stays straightforward. A Pack 'n Play/travel crib and folding high chair with food tray are available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be provided. Self check-in is handled via smart lock, and the building has an elevator. Free parking on premises is an added bonus in a neighborhood where it's genuinely hard to come by. Cleaning is also available during your stay.

First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.
