Our charming condo-style apartment, fittingly named A la Maison (Welcome Home), is the perfect home base in the heart of the French Quarter—just steps from Bourbon Street and within easy walking distance of all the iconic attractions.

HOUSE RULES:
No third-party rentals, the person booking must be a staying guest. If not, the reservation will be canceled
No smoking/vaping (except on the balcony with door closed)
No parties, gatherings, pets
Capacity limit of 4 guests (will consider 5 with prior approval)
VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

POLICIES:
The listing states we are a non-smoking property. While this is true for the apartment itself and the building, you may smoke on our balcony with the sliding door closed, in addition to the pool area on the top level of the building.

No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, elevators, etc.  We make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be in good working order.  No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED during Hurricane Season.

These policies/rules are non-negotiable. By requesting to book, you confirm you understand and agree to honor them. Violators will be asked to leave immediately, without refund, and may result in an additional cleaning fee.
