O quarto era demasiado quente, mesmo com o ar condicionado ligado e não tinha qualquer proteção para a luz. A cozinha tinha poucos utensílios e equipamentos.

The property was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location to visit Corfu Old Town with the additional benefit of a private parking space nearby, (the property was also very quiet despite its central location). The bed was very comfortable and the spacious bathroom with walk in shower was very much appreciated in the hot weather. Although we did not meet the owners, (key access is via a coded lockbox), the communication with the owners via the Booking.com messaging app and email was excellent.

Anyone booking the apartment should be aware that there are some relatively steep steps leading to the entrance which are not easy with large suitcases and that the bathroom is downstairs whilst the sleeping area is upstairs. But the property does notify clients that it is not suitable for people with mobility issues and I state the above just to clarify the reasons.

The only good aspects were the location and the parking, but the price definitely does not match the conditions provided.

It is completely unacceptable that during a 10-day stay, the room was cleaned only once—and that was only after we explicitly asked about it on the fourth day. That was also the first and only time the towels and bed linen were changed. I am also baffled as to how a property like this does not provide a drying rack or a clothesline for guests to dry their wet swimsuits and beach towels. It is absolutely unacceptable that after booking and paying for the apartment in advance, they demanded an additional fee in cash upon our arrival. The bathroom constantly smelled of old sewage, and due to the lack of ventilation, the small window didn't help at all. There were two sinks, but one was completely unusable because the faucet was loose and not securely attached. The toilet flush plate also kept falling off constantly, which was extremely annoying, and the hairdryer looked downright dangerous to use. Water issues were frequent: on our first night, we had no hot water, and the next morning we were told we had to flip a circuit breaker with a label written in Greek. Subsequently, we had no water at all for two days due to a main water line breakdown. The owners casually remarked that this happens often. Given that this is a recurring issue rather than a one-off emergency, they should have provided a backup water supply or, at the very least, informed their guests beforehand. The furnishings are basic and cheap. The sofa looks unfinished—the armrests are just fabric with no filling inside. Some of the cabinet doors overlap and cannot close properly. Furthermore, despite the photos in the listing, there was no outdoor seating area in the yard.
