Villa Mariarosaria Luxury Dimora & Private Pool

We liked the grand entrance and driveway to the Villa. The many balconies and the views of the surrounding farms and distant mountains were a huge bonus for getting into a proper holiday mood. The warm pool was a big highlight of our visit.

There's nothing to fault about the house or host. While the location of the villa is clearly done on most maps, the road leading to the house isn't. This took a while to get used to.

The garden, the house, and the pool was amazing !

Villa immersa nel verde, pulita e accogliente. Tutto nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Ottima anche per 10 persone. Piscina e giardino fantastici e curati. È stato un ottimo modo per staccare un po' la spina e ricaricarsi, oltre che per evadere dalla città e dal suo caos. I proprietari sono persone eccezionali. Assolutamente consigliata

Unica nota dolente, sono state le centinaia di insetti. Purtroppo ,anche se è normale visto che ci troviamo in campagna, a tratti la situazione era insopportabile.

The location was peaceful, the setting and the views around the villa were beautiful. It was easy to find and the hosts kindly marked the lane way with white flower ribbons in advance of our arrival so that we would easily locate our villa. Inside the villa we found a spacious kitchen, dining and living room all open plan and perfect for family and friends to gather together. The bedrooms were all a good size with walk out balconies and wonderful views. Outside the pool was a perfect size and depth, with plenty of sun beds and sun umbrellas. There was a sun shelter with a dining table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining and barbecues. There was also another seating area to the front of the villa to enjoy a morning coffee or evening tipple. Amorosi has a great outdoor oven Pizzeria and a Gelateria in the square, the bakery is also fabulous. The local supermarket and Panda discount store are only two minutes away by car or a quick ride by bicycle which are supplied with the villa. There are three restaurants in nearby towns which are in the Michelin Guide, we ate in a few restaurants quite locally and we were never disappointed with the food or the local wine. We found all the locals to be super friendly, we would recommend learning and speaking a few words in Italian. We also drove to the coast a few times and visited Herculaneum. All trips took approximately one hour to the destinations. We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and we would highly recommend villa Mariarosaria!
