RentPlanet - Apartamenty przy Ogrodzie Botanicznym

The accommodation is nice, clean, close to a tram stop, shop and restaurant. The centre can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Quiet location and yet almost in the center.

To get the keys to the apartment, which were in a box on the door, we had to get into the apartment building. There was no way to get in through the doorbell, only a courier who was delivering food to someone there let us in. The accommodation instructions said that we had an apartment on the 5th floor but there were only 4 floors in the elevator :-)The communication regarding the parking space was lengthy and I had to ask for it several times. In the end, the keys to the garage were in the apartment safe, so I don't understand why guests have to pay extra for parking. The instructions to the parking space were also confusing and we had a hard time finding it.

Czysto, miło przyjemnie - fajna lokalizacja- wszędzie blisko i dużo okolicznych restauracji, sklepików itd. Jest żelazko, suszarka, pralka, naczyń cała masa, mikrofalówka, lodówka dużo miejsca, tv z Netflixem, Youtubem itd. Wygodne łóżka!

Obsluga RentPlanet skutecznie zadbala o zepsucie poczatku wyjazdu - Podanie nr miejsca parkingowego bez informacj że znajduje się w garażu, bez informacjii o potrzebie pobrania pilota z sejfu w szafie apartamentu, bez podania kodu!! do tego sejfu, nie odpowiadanie na wiadomości, stawianie klienta w sytuacji gdzie musi dwukrotnie dzwonic, oczekiwać na połączenie i dalej dostawać te same szczątkowe informacje - tak wyglądał początek pobytu. Jedyne co odbyło się sprawnie to pobranie płatności za parking. Stracilismy godzine probujac sie dogadac z pracownikami (w sumie 3 roznymi).
