Beautiful apartment in the city center. Clean and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed (coffee, sugar, tea).

Really good location, plenty of great places to eat and drink within a few minutes' walk. The main square is just around the corner. We arrived on an early flight and the owners allowed us to drop our luggage at the apartment while it was awaiting cleaning. Check-in instructions were excellent, with a video showing exactly where to go and what to do. Communication with oompH was great, always replied in a timely manner despite it being Easter weekend. The apartment itself was modern and well equipped for what we needed it for. The bathroom is small but functional - no ventilation/extractor, however. Plenty of towels/bedding for our whole party, although a few extra pillows would have been good.

We had a great stay but there were a few niggles that prevent us from giving a higher score. The twin beds were extremely squeaky, and the bed frames are in desperate need of an upgrade. They creak with every little movement which isn't great when there's two of you in the room! One of our party used the sofa bed and said it wasn't particularly comfortable, owing to the wooden frame. The soundproofing on the apartment is excellent, which you'll realise as soon as you open the window! It can be a bit loud outside especially on Saturday night, so I'd recommend keeping the window shut. The ironing board had seen better days and was unusable. We were only given one-and-a-half toilet rolls for four people, three nights so had to go out and purchase more as there weren't any more provided. The kitchen has basic facilities, minus a microwave. It wasn't a problem for us but could be for others. The main issue we encountered was an ant infestation in the bathroom on our final afternoon. We did our best to treat it but it definitely wasn't what we wanted to return to! Also note that two apartments are managed by the same company (two bedroom, which we stayed in, and deluxe), so check that the reviews are relevant to the one you have chosen.
